social capital can be described as the collective value of all social networks to do things for each other (norms of reciprocity) . according to Ribble (2011) there are nine different elements of digital citenzenship these are : Digital access   Digital commerce  :   Digital communication    Digital literacy    Digital etiquette    Digital law      Digital rights and responsibilities Digital health and wellness   Digital security there is no specific order for these nine elements but there are orthodox grouping that are required . the first group involves the learning/working of the user. the second group is the behavior and environment . with this approach it gives relevance as to why the element was included.
